Founded in 2019, Rising, a subsidiary of Waterbottle Co-op, is a co-operative focusing on community engagement, job creation, and retaining wealth within the neighborhoods it serves through high-quality renovations of distressed properties.

With a current portfolio of 20 properties across Baltimore City, Rising seeks to elevate and restore. With many of the properties in neighborhoods like Easterwood, Park Circle, and Midtown-Edmondson, Rising is an equitable partner in the renaissance of West Baltimore.
